Assynt has been long known as a mecca for the Angler. There are hundreds of fresh water lochs holding wild brown trout. These lochs feed the two main Rivers of Assynt; the Inver and the Kirkaig. Both of these spectacular spate rivers flow westward to the sea and hold salmon and sea trout. |
